The Colorado Conference on Poverty is a statewide, private and publicly funded event presented by Colorado Community Action Association (CCAA)that engages policy makers, government employees, social service agencies, nonprofits, advocates, volunteers and people with low-income in intensive learning, training and planning around poverty issues.
